My Nickee

I got another call from my sister that our pet Nickee, a yellow labrador retriever is so sick and still refuse to eat. The dog was given to me by Miss O, my boss. We brought him to our home in the province so he can be taken cared of very well. It will be hard if he stays with me in the house coz nobody is around during the day. He grew up very well there. Infact, people love him so much coz he's intelligent, friendly and really playful.

Now, I am so worried. I urged my brothers to take him to a vet clinic to get an IV since he's not eating for 2 days now. I don't know if they will coz they're afraid of the bills. Now, he just stays in one corner without moving. He will just look at you when you call his name. Not the same overactive and ever playful nickee.

(I always ask my brother to send me MMS of Nickee, and he sends with messages like "Mom, I miss you" . God, I missed Nickee too.

Update: Nickee is confined at the vet clinic now. The doctors says he is really weak. He didnt move when he was injected and when the IV was attached to him. I hope he feels better soon. He will be charged PHP 800 a day for the confinement. Gosh, raising a dog could be very expensive.
